Can anybody tell me if and how I can get a Realtor to sign on a HUD home? I would be unable to get documents back to HUD in the short timeframe they allow. Any help would be very much appreciated

Hi Jason

I am new to investing in the states but for calculating morgage payments I use a free app called realestate tools.com it's free and may be of help. Perhaps you could work out max you are willing to pay and work back using its calculations.

Just a thought, but like I say I am the new kid on the block

I think that BP have a tool on here also

Nick

I am currently in the process of buying to rehab a property to rent out. As an investor who will own the property outright will I be able to get a mortgage after the works have been carried out?

I live in England so wondering if anybody has any experience of this or can give advice?

Regards

Nick

I am a new investor and find this the most challenging part of investing, calculating the ARV or trying to make sure that what the Realtor is saying is accurate.

Hi Everyone,

Can I just say what an amazing site this is, offering a wealth of information and great people offering advice.

The pod casts are great and I have spent lots of late nights and early mornings catching up and making notes.
