@Blair Russell I think that is great insight. I know that since HomeAway was acquired by Expedia they have been buying up several competing companies around the world (VRBO, TravelMob, Stayz...etc). These acquisitions definitely evened the playing field based on the global product both companies are able to provide.

I do however think that Airbnb will be the leader until it becomes standard for people to use these platforms during travel then anything could happen.

@Michaela G. We have changed our code to be able to search without date or guest parameters. Let me know if it still does not work for you.

@Thomas S. That would make sense. But when has the government done anything that makes sense or is practical.

@Mike Reynolds That would be awesome. Good luck to you!

@Michaela G. You make a good point. Maybe we will have to revisit our conversation about trying to gain a partnership with them.

@Michaela G. We eventually plan on adding all facets of the peer to peer rental market. Splinlisters product simply isn't expensive enough for us to have a comfortable enough margin at this time.

@Michael Greenberg We plan to differentiate ourselves by being an aggregator of not just lodging rentals. When everything is said and done we hope to have multiple partnerships in the peer to peer lodging, boat, car, and experience rental marketplaces.

@Mike Reynolds  It's funny that you bring up tiny houses, we got referred to Try It Tiny this week. And we are hoping to set up a meeting.

@Nancy Bachety

We are currently partnered with 5 companies as listed on our web page (9Flats, Homestay, Interhome, Travel Mob, and Way To Stay). We are hoping to add two peer to peer boat rental companies this month as well.

 We do need permission to pull their listings and we get paid on a per booking basis.

@Nancy Bachety Thank you for your confidence.

As per Augustine FL, we don't have any listings there simply because none of our partners has hosts listing on their properties in St. Augustine. We are working hard to acquire as many partnerships as possible to give the most diverse selection of properties around the world.
