Hey everyone! I’m holding off signing papers to this condo I won at auction until I figure out if the water damage is going to empty my pockets. It seems to be over the wall AC units, but also in other areas of the condo as well. I’m not sure how to prevent further issues. What would you do?

Just wondering how you found this home and if you traveled here first to view it before buying? $65,000 purchase for a $1250 rent looks amazing to me. How did you then find a property manager?

To everyone who replied, thank you so much. As always, I wouldn't be where I am without the BP community! Within four hours of my post I have a new CPA (and a few others I will keep in mind and recommend), as well as great advice. Happy New Year to all!
