I'm like to do my first deal and I'm not thrilled with the idea of wholesaling, but if necessary I will. I an more interested in flipping. That being said, is winter a very good time to venture down that road as a newbie?

Opinions?.....Advice?....

Congrats Nate! I wish I would have started out at 22. You're making a smart decision!

Daniel's right about a 203k. It's a super cool program. The only thing to keep in mind is that you must be the primary resident. If you're ok with moving in to it...You're golden!

Good luck! Can't wait to hear your success stories!

Thanks for setting this up. I went to one in Omaha last week. It was very informative, but I felt disconnected as it's not our local market.

I'm looking forward to meeting you all!

Welcome Nick! Someone you definitely want to give a call is Aaron Hueftle with Berkshire Hathaway. He's an AMAZING investor's agent. You won't be disappointed!

I'm new to the business and would like some local direction. I've take some classes through a company that offer mentors, but they aren't local. I learn better OJT, not by just reading it in a book.

I'm also in process of establishing my team. I need to find a good real estate attorney and a good accountant.

Thanks

Thanks David J. for the links. I have been perplexed by this option too. I'll be sure to read up on it.
