@Gary Lucido - I am a fan of you. I have read some of your blogs and the data analysis behind it.

I like your thought process on how you are looking to disrupt  the traditional brokerage model in Chicago

If I open my calendar up for 6 months from June 1st I believe I can get bookings up $10K. I think it would take me 6 weeks to get that many bookings.  I'd say 125 a night so with math about 80 nights of bookings

This is super high level response.  I can speak to more in detail of actual results I have received from the past 2 Airbnb I have done

1. Pm me I'll send you the analysis I out together

2. My sister designs my places. We buy from places like Amazon,  Ikea,  target, and home goods.  We are adding our 3rd Airbnb by June 1st. We have spent $10K on a 3 bed 1 bath to furnish (including furniturr assembly and photo shoot) . It takes about 2 weeks of planning and ordering and about 5 days of live execution to set up the places

3. I manage cleaning ladies and lock boxes and all communication with my guests.

I am looking to grow my Airbnb business.  We will be adding our 4th and 5th unit by end of July. I will be looking to property manage other people's Airbnb as well

I have a guest that booked my place in Chicago for 30 days. I have read that if they book for 30 days or more then they are considered a tenant and have tenant rights (difficulty evicting etc)

I researched Chicago Ordinance and it says

"Dwelling units in hotels, motels, inns, bed- and-breakfast establishments, roominghouses and boardinghouses, but only until such time as the dwelling unit has been occupied by a tenant for 32 or more continuous days and tenant pays a monthly rent, exclusive of any period of wrongful occupancy contrary to agreement with an owner."

So which is it. 30 or 32 days?
