Dear Property Owners, Property Managers, & Real Estate Agents:

I am in the market to lease your (your clients) apartment/condo for a full 12 months.

If your having trouble leasing your unit and losing money with days being vacant or worried about a current lease ending during the winter off season here's an opportunity for you.   If you own a property within the north-side of Chicago (within the red box in the attached image) I will lease your apartment at market rent for a full year.

In turn I will interior design/furnish the unit and sublease it for short term rentals

(corporate housing, travel medical representatives, & short term vacation rentals).

I have experience in successfully managing 11 furnished units.

I have raised funding to take on 3 to 4 leases by the year end.

Take a look at some of our units in the link below:

Can anyone recommend me a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant they use that they recommend for my Airbnb start-up in Chicago?

Perhaps they do a few tasks for you and do a good job and they are in need of more work?

I am open to someone remote, but it would be a added bonus if i found someone in Chicago.

Hey BP

I put together a Multifamily Rental Calculator on Excel. I use it to analyze my potential purchase of rental properties in Chicago.

This may be helpful to to others when analyzing a property.

You can edit it as you please. It might not be perfect for everyone but its good for some

@Sergey Spisovskiy I am in the same market to buy a multifamily as you. A 3 to 4 flat in those neighborhoods and more (logan, irving park, etc). I look everyday for the new ones that come out on the market. The prices are too high to make sense.

Yes, i can make anything cash-flow with Airbnb, but i buy assuming long term tenants. I need levers to pull if something like the law you mentioned gets implemented.

I honestly dont know the longevity of my model. In the meantime i will capitalize on it as much as i can.

I llike that your also doing Airbnb in Southbend. I would be open to do Airbnb all around the country. You can manage most of the work remotely
