Hi all,
I will be flying to (the strip) Vegas Tuesday August 28th to Thursday August 30th
I will be then in Phoenix Arizona from Friday Aug 31st to Satuday Sept 1.
Anyone involved in Airbnb/STR in these areas want to meet up?
I have done this in the past when visiting other cities and both parties came out with valuable knowledge and potential business opportunities.
My background i have 30 Airbnb units in Chicago and run my own property management business here. I am looking to grow to other cities.

I tried both CHBO and Furnished finder for Chicago market and did not like it. Theres a lot of manual effort to close on a potential lead. I would get leads sparingly. Airbnb has a platform that is easy for guests to confirm a booking and you move on
I dont like wasting effort for leads that probably wont book.

@Craig Curelop i disagree with making your rate so low. When you drop your prices like that you start attracting the wrong clientele to your place.
I rather leave my places a vacant and not deal with the problems they cause neighbors or my property

I hired 2 Philippines admins to help me run my Airbnb business in Chicago.
I would like them to be able to have a phone number that connects them with my guests. So if a guest calls this number they can answer.
What is the best solution for this?

@Ray Harrell I am not sure why your so upset of him sharing this data. They are some people in the high end market in Chicago where this can be valuable for them.
My client in Fulton Market made $17K revenues in the month of June on a 3 bed 3 bath loft.
The data he provided is still worth while to share
