It is in the large conference center, in the building where they do the graduation ceremonies. Are you familiar with it @Mark Minson

Hello,

I wanted to invite any Utah Real Estate Investors in the BP community to come to a real estate investor networking event tomorrow night, Wednesday, Feb 10th in Sandy, Utah. We are putting together a panel of hard money lenders for a "Shark Tank," real estate style. I would like to invite you, or someone else you know, to come and pitch your deal for financing to the shark tank panel tomorrow night. Best part? It's FREE.

Please comment below and let's get you on the list of those who would like to pitch a deal tomorrow night. And do come tomorrow night, even if you decide not to pitch a deal. It will be a entertaining and fun evening either way, and a good opportunity to network with like-minded real estate investors in Utah. Come join the fun tomorrow night! You won't want to miss this unique event. Details are below.

SHARK TANK REAL ESTATE EVENT:

What: Pitch your deals to a group of hard money lenders for financing. FREE.

Where: 9750 S. 300 W. , Sandy, Utah

John,

We would fund the deal pending the asset checks out. But our min down payment on commercial, multifamily purchases of 5 or MORE units requires 25% down. On 5 or LESS units and single family, we can allow just a 15-20% down payment. Our financing is higher interest than bank financing and short term money, so may not be a fit for what you need. Let me know if we can help!

Welcome Jared. Wish you well. Maybe try attending a SLREIA or WAREIA event sometime, to network with others in the local real estate community. There is also a UVREIA, a bit further south, depending on where you are. We are also a local hard money lender if you come across a deal for which you may need financing. We work only with real estate investors and are quite active in the local community ourselves. All the best in your endeavors...

Yes I hope you're right. Seems pretty robust here presently but only time will tell. Thanks for sharing @Steve Theobald

I've always seen problems with family members doing investment properties together, but I have seen a mother/son team do flips together, and it seems to be doing quite well. Maybe since its your son, it may play out differently than if it were a brother or cousin, etc.
