@Tim LaRiviere Let me know if you have any questions about Roofstock that I can answer. Please note that unlike many turn key operators Roofstock does not own the properties on our site. We are a marketplace for single family investment properties where you can not only find investment properties but make offers right through our site. It's free to register and to make offers.

@Gregory Keleshian Here is a more recent review you might find helpful. This customer purchased three Roofstock properties in one day from across the globe and he wrote a comprehensive, independent 4-part review series on Roofstock. http://www.fiftyweekvacation.com/the-ultimate-roofstock-review-part-1/

@Jeff Schechter @Jason G. Want to clarify. Roofstock charges the seller a fee of 2.5% which is only paid if the property sells. We charge the buyer a fee of .5%. There are NO fees above this. Roofstock does not own any of the properties on our site. We are a marketplace (think Amazon.com) for tenant occupied single family homes. Prior to a home being listed our marketplace it goes through Roofstock Certification where we certify the home, tenant, lease and property manager. Our goal is to provide as much transparency as possible. If you have any other questions please feel to reach out directly.

@Chintan Parikh Just to be clear we are not a turn-key provider. We are a curated marketplace for single family investment properties. We do not own the homes on our site. The homes on our site go through a certification process where we certify the home, the tenant, the lease and the property manager. I personally have purchased six properties through Roofstock and happy to walk you through my experience. You can actually purchase properties directly through our site!

@Ali Boone Wanted to correct you on your description of Roofstock. Roofstock is a curated online marketplace for tenant occupied homes that was built by some of the biggest names in the single family space. Every home on the marketplace is exclusively listed by Roofstock (these are not on the MLS) and has gone through the Roofstock Certification process where we certify the home, tenant, lease and property managers. The properties for sale on our site are owned by a wide arrange of folks ranging from some of the largest institutional landlords to individuals that own just one property. In order for a home to make it on our marketplace is has to pass through our certification process.
@Phil T. Please let me know if you have any questions about Roofstock that I can answer. Happy to walk you through how we vet our property managers to ensure that Roofstock buyers are paying fees below market and working with the best of the best in each market. Unlike a turn-key company we do not own or manage any of the properties on our site. You will not find a team with more experience in the single family space.

@Jason G. That's great to hear. It's something we take very serious so I wanted to re-iterate that point. I know you have been working with Jonathan and a few other members of our team but please let me know if you need anything. I own several rentals in Atlanta that I purchased through Roofstock and would be happy to talk to you about my experience with the local property managers.

@Jay Hinrichs @Chris Clothier Roofstock is a licensed brokerage in every state we operate in. All the listings on our site are our exclusive listings. We charge sellers 2.5% which is paid through escrow/title at close.
We are much different than Loopnet. Loopnet is an advertising site/portal. Roofstock.com is a curated online marketplace exclusively for single family rental properties providing investors with cash flow day one. Roofstock was built built by an extremely experienced team. Our CEO Gary Beasley used to run Zip Realty as well as Starwood/Waypoint and Joie de Vivre Hotels. Together we have purchased and manged thousands of single family homes across the United States.
