@Lisa Foreman - I've used Crozier Environmental for properties in the Fredericksburg area and have been happy with them. You can check with them to see if they service the area where your property is located.

PS: More bad news, someone who loans money or does an installment sale are bared from charging points, loan fees or other fees except for interest and late payment fees, why? Because they aren't in the business of lending and don't fall under the regulatory guidelines to charge such other fees! That's another issue that puts someone in the business of lending. :)
