Hi Michael! For the small price $1497.00 I will talk to you for 5 minutes. Just kidding. Recently I have had new real estate investors hang out on the days we are looking at properties. going over rehabs and meeting with sellers and so forth. It's all kind of spontaneous since things always come up at the last minutes. I extend the same offer to all the new investors. And it won't cost you anything but if you buy me lunch I'll be in a more talkative mood.

HI Gina. You are in a great area to begin your journey. I am beginning to purchase properties in Dayton and recently purchased a small multifamily. Have you ever taken before and after pictures?

Hi Michael. Well that depends. What kind of commercial product are you trying to sell? You'll need to give a little more information.

I'm not sure I can use you full time but you are free to hang out in the glamorous life of us REIs as situations come up such as walking rehabs and going on purchase appointments.
