Her last one went on the market and had several dozen applications in the first week at 1250/mo. Loads of potential.
Thats just outside 78207 right?
U sure thats a gold mine area?

Hey Kris!
im an OOS investor so im not into the doing, i want to get better in choosing materials, and have an 'upgraded' conversation with my contractor, instead of just accepting everythig he offers
Hi
im looking for an online rehab course, not a DIY one, but a basic one
the only one I found was in 'the fruitful investing academy'

Hey
in about a week or so im done with my first fix and flip, and in the are that im courrently investing the price of properties that need to be flipped are mostly under 100.
i starrted to think, maybe I should find a market with properties that can be fix and flipped but with a higher prices to begin with . (not as high as CA)
im not from the U.S. so there is no "investing in my back yard", so every state is a long distance investing for me. also im a cash buyer so I dont need to worry about financing.
Thank you

hey!
I ordered a 4pack kitchen appliances from Home Depot.
but they delayed the delivery twice (the new date is July 21st, but they also could delay it again...)
I want to cancel the order and buy from a different place
Lowes and Menards also deliver in 3-4 weeks. ive talked to Metro Appliances, but they dont have an online store.
anyone know some local store I can just ask for a 4 pack, give general details of the appliances I need, a budget, and they can handle it in about a week?
