Good AM and welcome to Duval Samvel. I relocated back to Jax from NC 10-years ago, it was one of the best decisions of my life. Why? I came back to my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida to invest in Real Estate! 
My wife and I own a dozen rentals, I’ve flipped another 2-dozen and sold over +150 homes. The Jax and surrounding area market has continually appreciated with great job growth, diversified employment industries and no state income taxes! Easy follow up question... Isn’t this a very wise place to buy rentals???

Hello. I’m a real estate broker serving the Jax area with a team of boutique Realtors. Property management wouldn’t be much of a challenge in the areas where you’re interested in purchasing. Definitely Jacksonville, I’ve acquired 11-rentals (single family and duplexes) and the valued continue increasing! I’d suggest areas where you have at least 2-exit strategies enabling you to cash flow or flip for profit. Let me know if you’d like any assistance, happy investing!

@Shafi Noss It's very wise when possible to arrange financing. However, I've helped Buyer control assets by agreement only. Biggest roadblock when you want to move forward and place an offer is if the Seller requires POF or pre-approval. I'd love to assist and guide you if interested in purchasing in my area, thanks!
