Visit some Real Estate Investment Clubs in the Houston area. Network with attendees and basically tell people what you are looking for. But remember you have to be able to return something of value also. Good luck.

Darrell that doesn't smell right. I've used First Funding Group, Clayton Gumm, 14/4. There are a lot of reputable hard money lenders around the Dfw. Good luck.
