Ashley, how has the tired landlord letter marketing gone so far?

Kevin, did you ever find the guy who had the podcast on evictions?  How has it gone so far?

That's good news. Stay strong West Texas. Is the magic number $50 or $60 a barrel? I keep getting conflicting answers.

I was also turned down by TLO.  They won't discuss the reason.  I'm interested in any good skip tracing company.  I have a box of returned yellow letters that I need to locate the owners correct address.   Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Attend the local real estate investment club in Midland/Odessa and u will find a lot of like minded people such as yourself.
