My post card journey wasn't fruitful but my yellow letter foray was a lot better. It could also depend on a lot of other factors. Use the keyword feature on here and research what your looking for.

Chris, have u ever thought about starting out investing in duplexes? If you are able to live in one side and rent out the other side. Your tenant's rent will probably cover most of your Mortage. Check out the brrrr strategy on BP. If your stuck on mf, there are some good mf gurus out there.

Everything. You don't know what u don't know. Team up with a seasoned veteran and learn the ropes. It shortens the learning curve.

I'd recommend u team up with another flipper to learn before u jump into this business. There are shady people in all professions. Conduct your due diligence once you've become experienced and your learning curve will be easier. Preparation and hard work is the key.

Hey Tony. You are in my home town, Midland Texas. attend the monthly real estate investment club meetings.  You will meet a lot of like minded individuals. Midland is a very tricky investment spot. It seems to live and die with the oil industry. Timing is everything. Good luck on your investing. Be smart and conduct your due diligence.

Check out the Nevada LLC also. I think as long as your state of business collect their business taxes from u they are satisfied. Check with your accountant or CPA.

I ended up choosing a faith based company a couple of years ago. They have prerequisite u must meet to be accepted. I choose Samaritan Ministries. It's a self pay system then u are repaid. Check it out. It wasn't bad. For a family of 3 it was under $500/month. Good luck.

The picture is straight but when I post it it's not.
