Thank you Jason. I already contacted Parmer law and they dont offer the services I referred to above. I will reach out to Members title this week.

Thanks @Eliott Elias  They are located in Austin yes? I called and they dont serve any RE in AL.... Unless they have an office in Birmingham that i dont know of?

Good day! I am looking for a title company/attorney in Birmingham AL with experience in closing deals with creative financing. 

Specifically:

-"Subject to"
-"Wrap around loans" 

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe he is in the hospital, maybe he is on vacation and didn’t inform you, or maybe he ran off with your capital. Hunt him down and/or speak with an attorney and read your contract. I hope you have one in writing!

Thanks for your reply Bruce. I am aware that laws will vary state to state. I just want to see what type of written agreements other owners are using.

I am looking for a contract/written agreement template to use with my future contractors that includes: Scope of work, material, payment schedule and all necessary the legal verbiage… Also looking for an indemnification insurance agreement form….

I will greatly appreciate the help of anyone who can share or provide guidance to where I can locate these forms.
