So I have been coming across some vacants that are owned by companies. What does this mean exactly? Do they still make for a potential deal or should they be marked off of my mailing list??

Im trying to track down owners of vacant homes. I have been bouncing around between a few sites and its too time consuming. Can anyone suggest a site where they usually DO have the property owners up to date info??

I'm not sure if I'm the last or of the first to get this, lol, but I've just started using this app I downloaded on both my android and ipad while driving for dollars. It's called "home snap". You take a picture of the house and it gives you general info on the property such as value, bed/bath, sq ft, etc., and keeps a record for you to go back and pull the info. Been really helpful so far with my pre-1st deal journey. Just thought I'd share...
