Hey @Gabriel Garcia
I am puzzled here. At it looks like, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
if we leave aside the equity split and the money you are bringing to the deal, I wonder where is the value creation?
What is hoping to do with the money you bring in?
What are the development costs ?
What is the timeframe?

Call them or take a look at the information provided on their website.
Here is an example of hard Money lender that did a great job at providing the information on their website.

If you want to be quick at getting the info, call them.
But there are a lot more other hard money lenders.
You can find a directory of those hard money lender on BP

Hope it helps

You'd be better off reaching out to Hard money lenders.
As a general rule, banks are not in the business of funding fix and flips deals. Too risky for them.

Hey @Margarete Rodrigues
That property being in Central London where there is a strong and continuous rental demand, I would keep it without a doubt. London is a hot market with over average year on year house price increase. Or at least it has been in the past years.

Hey @Tony Marcelle
The biggest issue I see would be exercising that option because to purchase the property you'll have to pay off the lender foreclosing.

@Dallas Ouano @Larry S. @Alexis Manco
Perfect let's do it then.
I suggest we meet on Tuesday May 15th at 7pm at this venue:
City Bistrot (on the Rooftop)
56 14th St, Hoboken, NJ 07030
If that works for you, tag other Hoboken residents who might be interested in joining.
