I have worked with CBRE and you are right, they tend not to disclose the price on their listing or Offering Memorandum.
However, if you contact the broker, he/she will tell what the asking price is.

Are you sure there is still any equity in those property?

When the homeowner starts falling behind on his mortgage repayments, the bank charge them hefty penalties which over time add up and can erase any equity the owner has in the house.
Unless you talk to the owner or the bank who holds the note, I don't think you can precisely know how they owner owes when they are  not current on their mortgage.

It depends. Some pre-foreclosure procedures end with a short sale in which case the buyer can raise financing from the all the same venues as a normal sale.
Some people have cash, some people use private money, other hard money lenders.

In my state, it has the information on people who are in pre-foreclosure.

Not sure about Mississippi, but you should check.
