Hello, that's great to hear that your canvassing and direct mail has been working out for you! I'm looking to do a similar thing pretty soon. Would love to connect and chat about it and time.

So I'm trying to  work on lead generation for off market deals. I'm aware of driving for dollars method but it is time consuming.

I suppose if their was a wholesaler who was already getting a good lead funnel through what ever means I would be very interested in learning about it and or potentially purchasing some of their contracts.

Im planning on starting a mailing campaign soon and am also interested in finding a company who could handle my yellow letters/post cards if you have any suggestions!

Thanks

Paul

Hello, I'm just curious if people are wholesaling here in Nova Scotia.

also I'm wondering if in Canada we have access to information on people who have alot of equity and are absentee owners, for direct mailing purposes.

trying to automate the process!

this is kind of 3 questions but I'd be happy to learn about any or all this!

thanks

Paul

Hello, one tip I could offer is. Just because you can do the work doesn't mean you should. Try to make your maximum purchase pric reflect as if you were going to hire out all the labour.

Hello from Nova Scotia!

I'm a real estate investor looking for the best way to get mortgages and mortgage pre-approvals in Canada.

I'm a BRRRR style investor and have already purchased 2 properties which I positively cashflowed. Sold one last month because my business partner needed cash for a different investment opportunity, being a BRRRR investor selling was never part of my plan! But things don't always go as planned. looking to re-invest asap but I am finding that mortgage brokers are all over the place with their pre approval amounts which is frustrating given the amount of paper work you have to get to them.

thanks for reading and look forward to hearing your thoughts!
