Hey everybody

We own 8 rentals in Philly, we are looking to pull some cash out or get a HELOC in order to continue scaling. Our main issue is these properties are owned in an LLC. Does anyone know of any lenders that will give what were looking for even if the title of the home is in an LLC?

Let me know and thank you for the help in advance.

Hey Mohammad, thanks a lot! Definitely agree with you there, face to face seems like the best way. I will be sure to check out that NYC meet up!

Thanks again.

Aloha,

It looks like you need a Real Estate license to be involved with sales or rentals for others. Check your local laws.
Yes sir thank you! Currently in the process, looking for any tips/pointers for acquiring new accounts once that is completed.
Quote from @Phillip Austin:

@Richard F. is correct. You will most likely need your RE license.

If you decide to pursue it, attend your local RE meetups and start networking. You'll come across investors who may not be looking for a manager themselves but may know other investors who are.

Another hustle habit I like when looking for prospective clients is scouring online available listings that are listed by property owners. Reach out to those folks and see if they need any helping leasing/managing their property. You never know! They may be self-managing only one unit or they may have 15-20.

Hey Phil thanks a lot for your input, I’m currently in the process of obtaining that license and should have it shortly. Was mainly looking for next steps after so thank you!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Worked with several seller's until the right price was presented.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Stay patient throughout the process.

Hey everybody, my name is Paul, I'm 24 from long Island. I purchased a property in Philadelphia recently and have been managing it from Long Island for a couple of months. I am now looking to take on new accounts here in the Long Island Area. Looking for someone that will give me a shot, that's all!

If anyone has any references or people looking for property management please respond/get to me! It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
