@Michael Cashman You can use a website called Rentometer to find that information. You can also go to Zillow and see what other similar properties are going for. Hope this helps!

Indianapolis is a great market for MTRs. There are quite a few major hospitals downtown and IU Health just recently started on a new hospital campus with a price tag of $4.3 billion. Needless to say there is going to be a need for more MTRs in town. If Indy sounds like a place you'd like to invest, please reach out.
