@Greg Smith, based on my experience I think 01 Forcibles is just related to evictions. Some other civil actions in that website have other codes and you can also see some additional information.

@Greg Smith I use National Tenant Network for screening and sometimes use Cozy. Both results are useful. In Jefferson County you can go to the Sheriff website and type the applicant name in their Process Unite page: http://www.jcsoky.org/criminal.htm and you can find if they have criminal records or eviction records
