@Adam Ng  What are your goals?  Looking at Rentometer, it looks like the house will rent for about $2700 as a whole but if you were to rent each room out individually, you might get around $3500.   The comps are showing around 545K.  Granted this is a new home, might be more.  I am curious to hear what others have to say.

I just got a new job and since I have one week in between my jobs, I thought I head out to Texas to visit my friends in San Antonio and Austin.  I have never been to San Antonio.  It would be nice to meet some local folks in San Antonio.  If any members are free to meet up for a drink or if there are local REIAs I can attend next week, let me know.  I'll be there from June 23rd to 26th.

Sorry to hear about the flooding @Ben Leybovich.  I hate to say that I understand the headache but I do as my property is in Texas *sigh*  Anyhow, no PIGS for this Californian! I would love to get a cash cow but price points are harder to get into... *ugh*

Is anyone having any issues with reading posts from their keyword alerts on their Iphone?  Mine tells me how many posts there are with my keyword alerts but when I try to open up the posts, it is a blank screen.  I have deleted the BP app and re-installed it but it is still giving me the same issue.  I have to log onto my computer to read the alerts as I cannot get to it on my phone :/
