@Timothy Stevens the key to the price is going to be the level of finishes you choose.

Look at other comps in your area to determine what they have and then budget for that plus a little extra.

@Jon Dorsey check the bylaws and make sure you understand what is covered by the HOA vs what the condo owner is responsible for.
