Wondering why Texas katy has number one school district but the property price is low?

Robert: Wondering why you said "in the next 18 months you might find some sweet deals."

Why 18 months? Something is going on?

Post: How many people in USA is doing this BRRR?

I run a toy production business and I can tell the money that I earned is way harder then people doing property buy and sell. By doing this BRRR, people can easily make good money, flexible and if property market goes down hill, they can keep and hold.

I doubt why so many people out there just go to work 9-5 and not thinking to work on this BRRR for some good and relatively easy money?

Last how many people in USA is doing this BRRR as their job?
