@Frank ChinFor credit card, i can charge back
@Account Closed I don't have Echeck account. Just checking and saving. I checked online, it seems Chase does not have Echeck account.
For example, what if I enter someone's bank account number and routing number, this web can withdraw the fund? There is no such authorization number existing using this called Echeck function in my Chase bank nor this PM web site. If fund can be withdraw with only routing and account number then this is very dangerous.

Is it safe to use eCheck? PM is asking for payment, and one option is eCheck. Otherwise they charge like 3% for credit card.
I am wondering if someone use my bank account number and router number there, they can do withdrawal.
It seems there is no protection using echeck. Am I missing something, it should be more secure.

Post: How to post a sign on driveway?

My property is at the back, nobody can see if I post a 'for rent" sign on the front yard. I want to post the sign on the concrete drive way, my idea is to put a pot with soil on drive way then stick the sing on it. I want to see if anybody have another method to post a sign on drive way that is easier to move around, more light weight and secure on the drive way? Because my PM is saying using pot + soil is very heavy and needs contractor to get it done.

So, i think their agreement is all good. They just write that 15c for their protection if supervision is needed for major. Also that $75 annual fee is waived for the first year only.

Thank you all. Here is the final answer the PM replied:
"15c is only if we have to oversee remodel, etc. I have only charged this twice with the owner's permission because of a lot of time on our part. I never charge without owner knowing about it and agreeing to it. We do normal repair maintenance with no additional charges from our company - it is straight pass through to owner.
I will waive $75 annual fee for the first year per property."
They also have $75 annual fee and I asked if this can be waived. And yes, they said yes.

Thank you for reply.
Yea, that is what I think. If They charge 10% for just changing a door lock then it is too much. I will give them a call to make sure it on monday to see whats that mean.
