Real Estate Agents of CT - I am looking to get my real estate license soon in Connecticut. I would like to take the courses online but I don't know if that is possible. If not, do people have some recommendations on places that they took the classes and liked? I live in West Hartford so need it to be within 30 mins or less of a drive.

Filipe Pereira welcome to BP! I just started being active on here the past week although I signed up months ago. Great to see yet another motivated CT RE investor. I started in this the same way you intend, buying a three family and owner occupying it. My property is in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport, Fairfield county. Been hoping to connect with you as well as I have listened to your podcast and it has motivated me even more. I am also a CPA, and Big 4 public accountant by trait. I worked at KPMG for 6 years in Stamford and Hartford and just left in December.

Will the meet up still be on the last Wednesday this month at 7:00 at Anna Liffey's? If so, I am looking forward to meeting you and all the other Fairfield County investors.

@Melissa Gittens would love to connect to. I would like to find an agent in the Fairfield County area who works a lot with investors. I find right now my agent doesn't bring me deals I just find houses myself and ask him to let me in. I'd love an agent who has their finger on the investment pulse and may hear of deals before they come on the market. Maybe I am asking too much but worth a shot!!

Commercial investing really intrigues me but something that scares me at the same time. I would absolutely love to pick you brain on that!
