Congrats! This is very inspiring as I feel I am in the same spot you were a little over a year ago.... Reading and listening to podcasts like crazy to get ready to do my first flip. I am actively looking at listings in CT but no luck so far. Would love to meet up some time and pick your brain. Couple of questions, did you finance property and/or rehab costs or was it all cash? Also did you have to replace Windows if so how much did that cost? Came up on a property I was thinking about and was trying to figure out 1) if it's absolutely necessary 2) if so, how much.

Hey Lesley Govan I own 4 multis in Black Rock. Taxes are quite high but have found rental demand is also quite high and can cash flow nicely as long as you don't overpay. I would be glad to answer any specific questions you have, feel free to PM me! Phelim

Congrats Alex Maldonado . Do you mind sharing the numbers and details of the deal you are closing (purchase price, Reno costs, closing, lending terms, ARV etc) I am looking to do my first flip in Connecticut and would love to pick your brain on things you did and learned from your first flip!

Congrats on taking the first step to wealth and financial freedom, just don't give up as there is a lot of learning to do and hard work but it will pay off handsomely!
