A guess would be $80k. That would be two baths, new flooring, drywall and 2 kitchens...but that's really just a guess.

@Robert Guilfoyle smart neighborhoods! As an agent Whitman is incredibly stable; but few real estate agents know that neighborhood, so buyers don't always look there, so there's that hurdle.

Having sold homes there - there are easy work arounds to that.
