Hello! Ive tried to search past threats but I didnt see any posts.
Does the brrrr strategy work differently if the property is inherited?
The Buy part is not there and there is no mortgage. Where should I go from here?
Thanks!

So would it be wise to subscribe to ... both services? Or would that be competing against yourself?

Someone reached out to me , with the thought that their landlord was pocketing the rent and not paying the mortgage. The house being listed for auction on the county website was a big red flag. Auction was cancelled, now landlord claims the "tenant can stay as long as she wants but I have someone Id like to sell the house to"
Who should this person reach out to ( Deltona Fl area )?Sounds very suspicious to me.

It "must be nice" to be at the results stage, stories like Andrew's are the ones that make you keep digging, instead of giving up when all you get is "no" at every turn!

Find a honest, dependable investor in town, and reach out to see if you can help/job shadow them.

Hard money is best if you're an experienced, big league investor. Try to partner with a knowledgeable, honest local investor. If you do some dirty work for them , it'll be great experience and through your work, other locals may take notice and help you along your journey

I see ten advertisements a day for these sites. All include the IDX, SEO, Social Media tips, Blogging, Support and so on...
Are they really worth it? Which one is the best? Or is it best to use the Trulia/Zillow market leader? Or are they all a waste of money?
Cash is king, its tough to do much without a lot of it. Hopefully you could find someone that will take you under their wing and get some real life experience
