A Central Florida area property for less than 100k? You will need a bullet-proof vest to enter this property. Its probably in a deplorable part of town

Multi families meaning duplexes or triplexes? Or small apartment complexes? The only duplex/triplex you'll see in Orlando are in the roughest of rough areas. The only places that could have some success are north of town, in the Oviedo/Longwood/Altamonte area.

Primary residence question here. My wife and I are looking to purchase a house in Oviedo Florida. We've been trying to submit an offer for about a week but the listing agent keeps making excuses about why our offer hasn't been submitted and overall just seems to be a lousy agent.
So is there any way to submit the offer an offer despite this agent? We'd like to know sooner than later, and it will certainly be a **** if an offer is submitted and accepted while this agent appears to be spinning their wheels.

How much "shopping around" can you do without a bunch of credit inquiry hits?
How many credit unions should I approach? If they all pull my credit, wouldn't that ding my credit score and/or history?

Where at in Metro Orlando? A 2/2 is a tough sell, I dont know if you want to go too cheap. Maybe it won't sell? It may just blend in with all of the other houses out there and you could be stuck with this thing for a while
This sounds wayyyyy too easy. Almost like a guru pitch :) I dont even completely understand how you get a home under contract.
