I didn't see it mentioned but IRS Liens might survive.  I know they do in PA county tax sales.

Are these properties already rented?  

Have they been rehabbed?

Are there any Cap Ex that will be needed with in the next 5 years?

Do you have management in place? 

What is the areas expected appreciation rate?
