I see you are in CA and the property is in FL.  Do you have a strong network in FL?

If not my opinion is nothing else matters unless you have really good people in the area.

@Colin O'Neill welcome to BP!  As many have already said this is a great place to learn and network.  On the rehab side of things you have 2 major areas covered kitchens and baths.  You said you are a designer do you do the work?  Sell the supplies?  

@Jordan DeGusipe I would expect the bank will buy the property back at the auction.
