According to the NJMLS it shows it as 2 Beds/1 Bath, 1,425 sq ft and you bought it for $258k on 8/21?

Right now, through my experience and analysis (I've analyzed over 100 transactions brought to me on the MLS this year), anything on the MLS is between $75,000 and $100,000 too expensive for an investor.
