@Anna Watkins Property managers are just one resource. You have your local REIA clubs, wholesalers, flippers, local realtors, etc. As a new realtor, I'm currently gathering information with the mentioned resources as well. I'm sure other BP members have some insight on this.

@David BegleyPretty good synopsis! Have you done any investing in Jacksonville yet? 

@Anna Watkins I agree with David's response. Most property managers have a great understanding, within their respective cities, in regard to rentals (e.g. type of tenant, average rent rates, etc.). I spoke with a friend of mine who is a property manager here in Jax. They know the city just as well as some Realtors/ Agents.
