Hey everyone! Was wondering what you guys think are the best cash flow markets in the 50-100k range in 2019 and why do you believe your market is great?

For properties I have found from driving for dollars what is the way to find out the name of the owner and if there is a mortgage or any liens on a particular property?

Is there anyone managing Airbnb properties for other people? If so any advice on where to learn more about it. Can't seem to find much information on if people are even doing this.

@Roberto Gutierrez do you usually have to be under contract when asking for the financials? 

Hello, So I'm starting to analyze deals in the Chattanooga TN, and Nashville TN area for SFR's and small multifamily (2-4) units. My question is if the locals on here have any advice for typical expense figures you are doing for analyzing deals since on the BP Podcast Brandon says how expenses will be different from region to region.

@Eric C. How much were you able to purchase that for and what you get for rents?

 So you live in Chattanooga now? Also, have you bought any more properties in that area?

@William Allen Thanks William for your input on where to look at for the house hacking definitely is my top choice since that’s where my mother is thinking about relocating to.
