@Jay Helms My daily activities to achieve this goal have been listening to 1-2 of the BiggerPockets Podcasts per day, watching YouTube videos on deal analysis. As well as reading blog posts on various subjects about real estate investing. Also thanks for letting me know about your 10 step guide, I found it really informative and enjoyed how you embedded links to your other blog posts. 

Hello, everyone, I am from Massachusetts but will most likely moving to Tennessee or Florida sometime in the next year. I've been on this site since August 2015 but had the feeling I was too young at the time, as well as not being close to feeling I had the knowledge or money to be active on the forums or to start investing. My goal is to purchase my first property and to house hack either a duplex or triplex in Chattanooga, Nashville, or Tampa area to start my investing career.
