@Michael Ealy, yes I agree with you! Eventually I would like to jump into apartment syndication. I’m currently going through The Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book by Joe Fairless! I’m very conservative with my numbers and I’m currently pouring all the money I make into additional investments! Looking forward to being in a position like yours one day.

@Delicia Williams, no I did not. Under my personal name. I would get an umbrella insurance Policy if you are worried about liability. Super cheap and helps me sleep at night.

@Joel Gierbolini, depends on which investor I’m using. I get rates between 7-12%. Typically 1 year loans, interest only with a ballon payment at the end of the note.

@Doug Henderson, I'm using a mortgage broker send me a massage and I can get you connected to him. I'm refinancing into my personal name but I did get an umbrella insurance policy to add an additional layer of protection. My Airbnb's are in an LLC. Typically 5ish percent on the refinance.

@Chris Connolly, I do not own an apartment complex but I did do complete rehabs on my single family homes and did rehabs and extensive staging on my Airbnb’s!
