If you do exactly what Michael said you will be a 90% performer. The only issues we have had are from cleaning and random things that we find broken between turnovers. Our owners closet has saved us multiple times because we have so many additional sets of everything! Our best reviews come from the little extras we leave guests. Fantastic advice.

Incredible turnout tonight! Thanks everyone who showed up we had a much larger group than I anticipated. I’m expecting great things from this group! We had flippers, contractors, realtors, short term, long term, BRRRRs, you name it! Everything they say you can’t do in this market I met people doing it right now! So good to meet people crushing it in the Wilmington market. Looking forward to next month.

Hi @Parker Brand, numbers down here are great but I would want to dig into that a good bit. Net 60k on one side of a duplex would be difficult in my opinion. It’s hard to get those larger units to rent during the winter. Shoot me a message and I would love to dig into it with you!

 Great stuff here. If you love building systems STRs are great. Run it like a  boutique hotel and you will crush it. It’s not about what goes wrong it’s how you handle it. Treat your guests like gold and don’t be afraid to say no to early check ins!!!!!!
