Unfortunately we didn't have enough consensus on needing food or not this time so the food truck is out! Eat before you come see you guys at 7:00!

Hi Kurt,

I would build a BRRRR machine then use the money from the STRs to fund more BRRRRs. Eventually move into larger multifamily and take over the world.

I just got back from BEC2020 and it was AMAZING! Probably the best investment i've made to my investing career so far! Can't wait to talk about it at the next meeting!

Carolina Beach, NC here! We are about to list our 5th unit and our studio runs about 65$ all the way up to $100 for our 2bed/2bath for 6 people. This does not include our laundry cost. We pay more per property than everyone else but our cleaner does so much more than just clean. You also won't find cleaner units on this island because of our team. Save money in other areas a clean unit gets great reviews!
