There is a wholesale cabinet and countertop place on Route 35 in Perth Amboy. Great quality and great prices. I've used them for my own kitchen renovation. They also have vanities. Good luck.

Hi everyone,
I am just starting my real estate journey and am looking to do my first wholesale deal. I am in discussion with a homeowner for her property. She has a home 1.5 blocks from the beach in New Jersey. It burned down in a fire and needs to be demolished. I pulled some comps in the area and found several homes and even 1 empty lot that sold in the past few months. I could use some advice on how to proceed. What other questions should I be asking? How do I accurately determine how much it would be to build a house when that cost could vary so greatly? The area has everything from small beach bungalows to 6 BR homes with multiple sun decks and high end finishes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve

i would try steaming it and seeing how easy it comes off. Good wallpaper will be a real pain and come off in small pieces, leaving lots of prep work for you if you have a lot of scraping to do, If that is the case just replacing the Sheetrock is easier and cleaner result. If it comes off easy the you're in luck. Best of luck

Hi. I've been interested in real estate investing since I was in high school. Now I'm new to BP and just started seriously studying up so I can map out a plan. My wife and I just moved into our house last September. When I started introducing myself to the neighbors I learned the house directly across the street from me is a 2-family rental. I'm committed to investing but not ready as I only started learning. I'd love to reach out to the owners (who I found out live in town) and introduce myself as someone eager to learn. Any advice on how I should approach them? I only have their mailing address so will send a letter, but not sure what I can say that will help get a response. Any ideas?
