@Account Closed I agree with you. I’m not looking for a guru. I’ve done a lot of research on my own such as learning how to do my own title research, how to estimates, different strategies etc.  I’d just like to see from start to finish someone complete a deal. I learn from watching, I’m much more effective when I see it. 

@cody L. I have great marketing, management and sales skills. Ex military officer ex top salesman in cars and top door to door salesman. I’m great at relationship building. I am truly a great asset to whomever I work with as long as I know exactly what it is that needs to be done. I bring quick and quality results. I’m a stay home mom so I have available time to get things done. As of now I’m moving on my own but would be much more proficient if I saw someone in action. 

I’m Princella living in the Houston, TX market. I just got into REI this month on the 6th. I’ve studied very hard since that day. Knowing absolutely nothing about real estate to at least now being able to hold a conversation and understand terminology. The thing I’m in need of is a mentor to help me navigate. Are there any seasoned investors In the Houston area who’d like to take a motivated driven newbie under their wing?
