@Andrea Shields he just wants to stay! His mother and wife died living in that prop and he hopes to do the same. Worth checking out for sure! There is an opportunity to see it today at 3pm!

Tenant would pay utilities and there is no lease but he is prepared to sign a lease at 700/mo. 

It would be a great buy and hold. Especially because the tenant takes care of all the nit picky repairs!
