So this has happened again. Its pretty frustrating that I have a paid account and do not receive the emails that I am subscribed and do not have access to Bigger Pockets unless I constantly verify my account. How can my account be unverified when it is a paid account? Why did I have none of these issues when I used a free account? This has been a complete waste of money because my account has not worked since I upgraded.
Can someone please help?

Start reading everything you can get your hands on, here and elsewhere. Listen to the podcasts. You'll have to figure out your own niche based on your preferences & location.
I am about to finish my first live in flip. It has taken longer than planned but otherwise has gone well. Most important thing is how much I've learned along the way.
Keep putting one foot in front of the other, learning as you go and you'll figure it out.

I have no personal experience, but most posts I read here say that in general Indy is not the best place for duplexes, especially if you are not local.

I'm subscribed to several threads and a few forums and no longer receive email notifications. Those emails are usually what bring me to bigger pockets, and I haven't been here in a couple months.

I haven't done this, but have read that Home Depot does pricing differently for contractors that buy a certain amount (maybe $5k) at a time. I'm sorry I don't remember the details, but hopefully this gives you somewhere to start.
Dropbox is very simple to use. You can choose folders to share with different people or keep them private for your own use. You can access files from any device or computer.
There are paid accounts, but the free version has satisfied my needs so far.

We recently installed Allure flooring in two bathrooms. We love the look & it was easy to install. Don't know about longevity yet.
