Hello @Jason Runkle thanks for reaching out. I'm basically focusing in Tidewater area of Virginia. I understand that you'll be interested in some property to rehabbed. I sure will be on the watch, in those areas.  I basically been looking for leads by driving for dollars and fsbo websites.  Any advice will be great! Thanks man.

Hello investors! My name is Quentin and I'm a wholesaler here in the tidewater area of Virginia.  I'm originally from Chesapeake Virginia and graduated from Western Branch High school. Then I attended Virginia Military Institute for a year, left and started working at Newport News shipyard as a Rigger.

I began interest in real estate since last summer and as early as Thanksgiving I was introduce to Wholesaling. From then on I've been eager to network with other investors. Although I haven't made my first deal yet, my goal is to complete a deal by the end of January.
