Hey Roberto,

I'm a new investor based in the Bronx as well , and I cant wait to get started. From what Ive learned and absorbed so far, some say that the first step is to get a list of maybe 15-20 investors. Some say that first step is to get a good deal under contract, and the investors will come. I'm gunna try both methods. Maybe you wanna select one method and use that as your first step? Hope this helps.
