Hey guys, 

I found a property in the FSBO section of Craigslist, and contacted the posting. Turned out, it was a broker who I was corresponding with. Now, would I be able to bring this deal to one of my buyers? I'm not sure if this same posting that was on CL is on the MLS. The Craigslist posting says ALL CASH. I informed the broker that I was an investor and not a fellow broker. He agreed to allow me and my buyer view the property but he wants to be there. Can I make money from this deal at all? Any help is appreciated :(
