Im looking to get a Lender recommendation that is investor friendly & can do CASH-OUT refi for 

and investment Property under an LLC.

I am almost done with my flip & having a hard time finding an investor friendly lender who would do a cash-out refi with decent terms.

@Amit G. Congratulations,This is a great 1st deal! Did the appraisal value of the property surprise you or no? Also, how was your experience with the bank... did they pull any tricks on you worth hearing about?

Hi Guys! 

Im currently in the finishing stages of my rehab & in need of a detailed scope of work for company I'm hiring to handle the painting, compounding , plaster & taping of the house. Telling them "Plaster & paint entire house" is a bit too general & leaves the door open for any dispute/missed work... I think :-)

Would appreciate any help from anyone who has one and is willing to share.
